Effective 7 October 2026. These terms govern the current PuppyTalk iOS app. Contact ari@wasch.com for support.
PuppyTalk turns a photo into a fictional AI-generated dog video. Review or edit the proposed line before requesting a video. AI output may be inaccurate or contain visual or audio artifacts. It is entertainment, not a statement of an animal's actual thoughts. An internet connection is required for AI features.
You must have permission to upload the photo and use the content you submit. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, harass or threaten people, or attempt to bypass authentication, credit limits or safeguards. PuppyTalk is not intended for children under 13. We may restrict abusive use to protect users and the service.
Before purchase, the App Store purchase sheet and paywall show the applicable localized price, billing period and offer terms. The current weekly plan includes five videos per paid weekly billing period; the current monthly plan includes twenty per paid monthly billing period. An eligible account and network can receive one first free video, subject to abuse controls. Legacy plans may have different allowances shown in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before renewal. Apple charges the payment method associated with your account. Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple account's Subscriptions. Deleting PuppyTalk or deleting your app data does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at Report a Problem, subject to applicable consumer rights.
One successful new video uses one video credit. A credit is reserved while the video is being made and returned to its original allowance if generation fails; the original allowance's expiry still applies. Saving and sharing an existing unlocked video do not use another credit. Regenerating creates a new video and uses a credit. Allowances reset with the verified subscription period; unused subscription credits do not roll over and cannot be spent after access expires. Credits are an in-app allowance, not money or transferable stored value. Network or provider failures can delay generation; the app's history lets you check a submitted job.
You retain your rights in content you upload. You authorize us and our service providers to process and store that content to deliver the features you request. AI output may not be unique, and we do not guarantee that it creates exclusive intellectual-property rights. The Privacy Policy explains AI providers, data handling, permissions and deletion. If you share or publish a video, you are responsible for how you use it and for respecting other people's rights.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every input produces a usable result. We may update the app or its features, and will communicate material changes as required. Purchase prices and offers are disclosed before you authorize payment. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Apple's applicable App Store terms also govern your download and purchases.
We may update these terms and their effective date, with additional notice where required. For a problem with a generation, subscription allowance, or deletion request, email ari@wasch.com.
